How To Book Classes

All classes are required to be booked up to 4 hours prior to class start time. This rule applies to all bookings, cancellations and rescheduling. The calendar is open for the current month, and the next month will be open towards the end of the current month.

Appointments are required , any drop-ins will be turned away or subject to a $25 fee per occurence.

1. Visit and bookmark this  URL on your browser:  https://booking.appointy.com/theguitarcircle

2. Select preferred class type, click next (you can only book one class type at a time)

3. Select preferred day and time

4. Enter your login information 

5. Click "Confirm" or to create a recurring booking, select "Repeat This Booking" button to the right of the screen

6. To see your booked classes and classes you've already attended, navigate to the top right and select "Your Name", then select "My Appointments".

7. If needed, you can reschedule, cancel or book.
